T-Bone ebook

This collection of journal entries begins in an Arizona prison, with T-Bone showing up at Shaun cell door completely blocking the sunlight out – due to his size, almost 6½ feet, 350 pounds, the prisoners called T-Bone John Coffey after the giant convict in the movie The Green Mile. Noticing the broad scars on T-Bone’s body, Shaun asked T-Bone if he’d been in a fight. Every single scar represented a different life-and-death fight story. But not only was T-Bone standing up for himself, he said it was his Christian duty to protect the young inmates who were getting raped by older ones. T-Bone was risking his own life going up against rapists, using formidable fighting skills acquired as a US Marine. Over time, Shaun and deeply-spiritual T-Bone became good friends. The contents of this book range from T-Bone’s fight stories – including some of the prison rapists he smashed – to the advice he gave to Shaun about staying mentally strong and keeping away from drugs: “No matter how cool it may seem, drugs will only lead to the police, prison or death!”
